Mr. Paul J. “Jack” Westcott joined DEC in 2012 as Senior Strategic Advisor. Previously, Jack served 36 years at the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. His last Air Force position was Division Chief of the Sensor Applications and Demonstrations Division, the organization responsible for transitioning technology to the war fighter. He also worked for SAIC and headed up the Dayton Operations for Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC).
