As FY 2016 defense budget process is well underway in Congress, the Association of Old Crows (AOC) applauds the growing level of support in Congress for priority Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. The House passed H.R. 1735, its version of the National Defense Authorization Act, on May 15 by a vote of 269-151. That same day the Senate Armed Services Committee reported the Senate version, S. 1376, which was offered as a Senate amendment to H.R. 1735 and passed on June 18, by a vote of 71-25. The House and Senate conferees are currently in the process of merging the differing bills into a conference report. (AOC)
