DEC welcomed Bill Moore to the team back in 2013. Bill works with DEC leadership to plan and guide programs in the AFRL and larger DoD community with emphasis on multi-spectral sensing technology. Bill brings over thirty years of experience leading and conducting advanced EO and RF sensor research and development for the Air Force Research Labs. Bill retired from Government service as Division Chief of Electromagnetic Technology (AFRL/RYH) where he guided 60% of the Sensors Directorate Basic Research in RF, EO, and Devices. He was responsible for the development of a $200M+ annual investment strategy.
