Congratulations to Paul Westcott who, after 30+ years of service in various leadership positions, has retired from the AOC International Board of Directors. Paul was honored at the AOC International Banquet in Washington and numerous other almost as prestigious venues. He will continue to serve as an active member in our own Kittyhawk AOC Chapter.
